Lash Appointment Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing me as your Lash Artist! Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following policies before booking. Deposits | A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling | Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment. No-Shows | Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee and may be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment before booking any future services. Late Arrivals | Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled to avoid delaying other clients. If your appointment cannot be completed, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and your booking fee will be forfeited. Changes to Your Appointment | If you need to change your desired lash style or service, please let me know before your appointment. Last-minute changes may not be possible depending on the time reserved. Guests & Children | To ensure a relaxing environment and for everyone’s safety, please come to your appointment alone unless otherwise discussed. Children should not accompany you unless they are receiving a service. Sick Policy | If you are experiencing a fever, contagious illness, pink eye, or any eye infection, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
